With the new lower low gear gearing and the higher high gear gearing in this model from the previous XP better clutching is needed!

Crawl and climb so much smoother without the shudder or belt slip.

Kit includes primary spring, adjustable flyweights, secondary spring and helix.

Peak RPM is around 7800-8000 with this setup to provide excellent belt grip with our kit. We highly recommend a tune to help raise RPM and get better high gear performance.

FOR STOCK GEARING OR GEAR REDUCTION 

Our trail kit is setup for better belt grip all around and better low-midrange performance. Still performs very well at higher high gear speeds and keeps pulling hard where the factory clutching loses performance on the big end.

Our flyweights are more adjustable than most and can be loaded up to be heavier than most other weights if needed. Flyweights feature serviceable bushings in the pivot points to reduce damage and poor clutch operation.
